Shipping Policy
Orders if in stock will be shipped within 5 business days. If the pots are out of stock it may take 2 to 4 weeks.
I strive for 100% satisfaction upon opening packages, however damages and mistakes can sometimes occur. Please contact me immediately and I will correct the problem.
Damages – Please send a photo to potty@crannmorpottery.com and keep packaging materials for claim inspection. Replacements will be sent immediately.
Missing/Incorrect Orders – Contact me regarding the issue and I will ship replacements immediately.
Return Policy
I will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping, any item damaged from use or general wear and tear.
Please note that once your order is placed I cannot make adjustments, be sure that your shipping information is entered correctly. As I cannot be held responsible for any lost or returned package due to incorrect information.
